Scout have undergone many changes over the lifespan of Daoc. They went from using actual arrows to not needing them and having their arrow shots work like magic. Meaning magic bonuses effect them.
Scouts are members of The Defenders of Albion.
Races[]
Briton, Highlander, Inconnu, and Saracen races may become Scouts. Saracen are best suited for this class.
Training[]
This class receives 2.0 points per level to train in.
Specializations: Stealth, Slash, Thrust, Archery, and Shield
Armor & Weapons[]
The Scout is the only class that can use Longbows, it can also use one handed thrust/slash swords, and small shields. Scouts can wear up to Studded Leather armor.
