Midgard is one of Dark Age of Camelot's three playable realms. The realm of Midgard is based around Nordic folklore and legends, and is covered with snowy mountains, numerous lakes, and pine tree forests. A hammer is the symbol of Midgard, as is the color blue. Jordheim is Midgard's mighty capitol city.


Races Edit

Midgard features 7 playable races:

  • Norseman: Midgard's common people, Norsemen are very adaptable, and can be found in almost any position of the armies of Midgard
  • Kobold: Quick and small, Kobolds often serve as Midgard's scouts, although they are often a popular caster choice as well.
  • Troll: The largest race, lumbering Trolls have very high strength and constitution to become great fighters.
  • Dwarf: Dwarves are the backbone of Midgard's armies, being adaptable to numerous classes, including healing and fighting.
  • Valkyn: A lithe, hunched cat-like race that are tribal in nature, and make swift attackers.
  • Frostalf
  • Deifrang: The minotaur of Midgard, makes good fighters for their realm with naturally high constitution and strength.

Mainland ZonesEdit

Midgard's mainland consists of 10 large zones, with a total of 5 dungeons,Darkness Falls and Halls of Helgardth. There are two border keeps guarding Midgard from the New Frontiers, and a capitol city (Jordheim). Several smaller outlying towns are located across Midgard.
